When shopping at Bags by Betty, any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is shared or sold, given or traded to any outside company or agency. We do not share or sell email addresses.
Email special offers
We ask for your email address so we may provide you with information about sales and shows. We do not sell or share email addresses with any third parties. We may email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive.
Security
At Bags by Betty Internet store, we take your security very seriously. We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All credit transactions occur in a secure area of our site to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected. You can purchase on line with confidence.
Shipping Policy
We offer US Post Office ground and expedited shipping (does not include a nominal handling charge) on all orders in the Continental United States. Please keep in mind that delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of the shipment do not count towards the delivery time.
Standard, Expidited and Express Shipping
We ship Parcel Post for standard shipping.
Express/Expidited shipping may be available upon request. To inquire about this service, please contact our Customer Service department for available options and shipping times. Express shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so we will not know the exact charges until your order is prepared for shipment.
Canadian Orders
We will gladly ship to Canada. All packages will ship US Postal Service Priority Mail, and a shipping quote will be provided upon receipt of your order.
Payment & Returns
We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards, as well as Pay Pal payments. Cash or checks are not accepted.
If you need to return an item for any reason, your item must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Label the return clearly. At our discretion, returns that arrive in any condition other than new may be refused and returned to the sender. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
